Developed the concept note detailing the breakdown of the mentorship structure, in alignment with the Executive Director's vision, and budget.
Collaborated with the team to establish criteria requirements for speakers and conducted invitation reach-out to shortlisted potential mentors.
Mapped out project milestones and schedules based on the approved concept note by the sponsor.
Created a master file to keep all project-related documents shared across the team, ensuring real-time access to up-to-date files.
Monitored 6 group chats (1 for mentors only and 5 for a mentor: mentee); Ensured that both mentors and mentee groups adhered to guidelines and immediately answered any concerns.
Crafted project materials, including decks and templates used throughout the project.
Regularly coordinated with the other co-organizers for project planning, updates, and issues that needed to be addressed.
